Definitions and Interpretation

In this maggie8 terms and conditions document, the following words carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — refers to the maggie8 website together with all services, games and functions available on it.
• "Player" or "User" — refers to any individual who registers an account or uses the services of the Platform.
• "Company" — refers to the operator and owner of the maggie8 platform operating under international licensing.
• "Account Balance" — refers to the total funds in a Player's account at any given time, comprising actual deposits and any active bonus credits.
• "Bonus" — refers to any free credits, cash additions or other benefits granted by the Company to a Player under promotions active at the relevant time.
• "Wagering Requirement" — means the number of times the bonus amount must be used in games before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity verification process that the Company may request at any time.

Account Eligibility

To open an account and use maggie8 services, a Player must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the same time:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances. maggie8 takes its responsibility towards the protection of young people seriously and will take immediate action against any account found to have been registered using false information regarding the account holder's age.

2.2 Legal Capacity

A Player must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt, are under a court supervision order or are subject to other legal restrictions relating to gambling activities are not eligible to register.

2.3 One Account Only

Each Player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the termination of all related accounts and the forfeiture of all balances without compensation.

Account Registration

3.1 Accuracy of Information

Players are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete. This includes full name, date of birth, identity card number (MyKad), mobile phone number and email address. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms.

3.2 Identity Verification

The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding a certain amount. Documents that may be required include a copy of MyKad, a bank statement or recent proof of address. Players agree to submit these documents within the specified timeframe.

3.3 Password Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. maggie8 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

maggie8 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online Banking via FPX
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

4.2 Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10 regardless of the method used. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per request. The Company reserves the right to change these limits from time to time with appropriate notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals will be processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Processing time depends on the withdrawal method chosen and the current system load. Withdrawal requests that require additional KYC review may take longer.

4.4 Source of Funds

Players declare that all funds deposited into the maggie8 account are from a legitimate and lawful source. The Company reserves the right to block any transaction that raises suspicion of money laundering or financial fraud.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 150% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM1,500. Calculation example: a deposit of RM100 will give a bonus of RM150, bringing the account balance to RM250 with a wagering requirement of RM150 × 10 = RM1,500. For larger deposits, for example a deposit of RM2,200 will give the maximum bonus of RM1,500, bringing the balance to RM3,700 with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The bonus amount received must be wagered 10 times before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted. The actual deposit funds can be withdrawn at any time without a wagering requirement subject to the minimum withdrawal limit.

5.3 Promotion Validity Period

Each promotion has a validity period stated in the specific terms of that promotion. Bonuses not used within the validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. Players are advised to read the terms of each promotion carefully.

5.4 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating with other players to manipulate wagering requirements, or any behaviour deemed as bonus system abuse is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without warning.

Game Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games on the maggie8 platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting and crash games, operate using certified random number generators (RNG) that have undergone independent testing. Game results are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of bad luck alone.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting is subject to specific additional rules, including minimum odds requirements for bonus eligibility. Cancelled or postponed bets will be refunded to the player's account balance. maggie8 reserves the right to reject or limit any bet without providing a reason.

6.3 Connection Instability

The Company is not responsible for any losses resulting from internet connection disruptions on the Player's end. If a connection is lost during a game, the result recorded by the maggie8 server is final.

Prohibited Conduct

Players are not permitted to engage in any of the following:

• Using automation software, bots or scripts to play or make betting decisions
• Spying, hacking or any attempt to access maggie8 systems without authorisation
• Spreading false or misleading information about maggie8 to other players
• Collusion between players in multiplayer games
• Any attempt to manipulate or falsify game results
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal activities
• Registering an account in someone else's name or using a stolen identity

Account Termination

8.1 Termination by Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the maggie8 customer support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending withdrawals have been settled and there are no active investigations related to the account.

8.2 Termination by the Company

maggie8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a threat to platform security.

8.3 Effects of Termination

Upon valid account termination (not resulting from a breach), any remaining actual deposit balance in the account will be returned to the Player. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements will not be returned.

Data Protection

The collection, use and storage of Players' personal data by maggie8 is carried out in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you give maggie8 consent to process your personal information for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, customer service and risk management.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, maggie8 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes
• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance
• Technical failures beyond the Company's control
• Processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers

The Company's maximum total liability to any Player under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which maggie8 operates its licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the Player and the Company will be referred to the dispute resolution forum designated by the relevant licensing authority.

Players are advised to use customer support channels as a first step in resolving any dispute before seeking a formal resolution.

Amendments to Terms

maggie8 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to Players via their registered email or a notice displayed on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of such changes is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.
